The OPPO Reno 4 is set to launch in Malaysia soon, but the one we're getting seems to have a few differences with the non-Chinese model. Now, a new leak of prices for the Indian market suggests that the chipset could be one of the major differences. Allegedly, the Reno 4 Pro will feature a 4G chipset and may cost INR 32990 (~RM1871).

If leakster Abhishek Yadav is to be believed, the OPPO Reno 4 Pro will come with the Snapdragon 720G chipset that was launched earlier this year. This is a 4G chipset that packs an 8-core CPU running Kryo-465 cores and an Adreno 618 GPU, with support of up to 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM. That last part is evident as the Reno 4 Pro shown in the leak has exactly 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage.

On the other hand, the other features seem to line up with what we expected. This Reno 4 Pro model is set to have a 6.5-inch Super AMOLED display with 90Hz refresh rate, a quad-camera at the back (48MP+8MP+2MP+2MP), and a 32MP front selfie camera. It's also going to come with a 4000mAh battery and supports 65W fast-charging.

Now, it's hard to say if the rumoured is true. In a country as price-sensitive as Malaysia, a Snapdragon 720G device with that kind of price would be considered overpriced. With that said, what do you think would be the price range for this device? Let us know in the comments on our Facebook page and stay tuned to TechNave.com for further news on this.
