To recap some of the tech specs, the Reno5 5G is powered by a Snapdragon 765G (7 nm) chipset with 8GB RAM + 128GB ROM. The device also has a 6.43-inch AMOLED display, alongside a 64 MP quad rear camera setup. As for the Reno5 F, it runs on an Helio P95 chipset, with an 8GB + 128GB memory. The AMOLED display is 6.43-inches and you can find a 48MP quad rear camera module.
