OPPO's slide phone concept unveiled last year
2021 is a year you can expect to see more foldable devices. A few brands like OPPO, Xiaomi, and even Google are getting foldable displays from Samsung, so we can expect them to launch foldable phones this year. When? We're not sure, but there are at least some details on some of them now.
According to Digital Chat Station, OPPO is expected to launch a 7-inch and 8-inch device in 2021, both with an inward folding design. Moreover, the 7-inch model has allegedly gone into mass production beginning January 2021 and could launch as early as Q2 2021. The leaker also mentioned that vivo is working on a foldable device with a 6.5-inch and 8-inch display.

Going back to OPPO, it should be noted that the company also unveiled the OPPO X 2021 last month. It's a pretty cool device, which you can learn more about in our hands-on video. Anyway, that device featured a rollable display and is considered more of a concept phone. Unfortunately, OPPO might never launch the device.
