OPPO might finally integrate the Super VOOC fast charging technology this year

Back in 2016, there was a rumour that OPPO was working on a fast-charging technology called the Super VOOC. If that rings a bell, you're not the only one and there wasn't much news about that since then until now. The latest rumour has it that OPPO is bringing back the Find series and will integrate the Super VOOC feature.

Along with the Super VOOC, the OPPO Find 9 is also another rumoured device that died silently in the mid-2017. The Find 9 is supposed to be OPPO's flagship like the R series that also faded away, with online leaks showing a full frontal display that was ahead of its time before it became popular but it never happened. But could these two technologies come together in the end?

In case you have forgotten, the Super VOOC was first shown at MWC 2016 and it could charge a phone up to 45% in just 5 minutes and 75% in 30 minutes, thanks to the 20W power consumption without burdening the battery. It's been a long time since then, so we expect OPPO to improve it further. On the other hand, at last year's MWC, OPPO was also showcasing a new camera technology called the 5x Dual Camera Zoom technology, so it would be great if Find 9 uses these two features in the future.

Do you think the OPPO Find 9 will finally make it out to the world? Or will be buried once again? Let us know in the comments below and stay tuned for more OPPO news at TechNave.com.
