It’s been about 4 months since OPPO has unveiled a prototype under-display camera device in China this June. Today, OPPO has suggested that we might be seeing another phone coming in with an all-edge curved 3D-waterfall display.

According to the patent prints, OPPO may position both light and infrared sensors below the display to eliminate all the bezels for the conventional sensor housing and replaced either with a Micro LED or an OLED display. The light sensor is used to adjust the display brightness according to the environment and the infrared sensor will turn off the display in a call.
