If you recall, Yoodo announced that its business would continue as usual back in 2022. Two years have passed since then and the day is here, Yoodo will officially be discontinued on 29 August 2024.
To refresh your memory, Yoodo said the operations would shut down due to the merging of Celcom and Digi. As Yoodo is a subsidiary of Celcom, Yoodo is committed to the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC)'s requirement to divest from its former main company.
Yoodo didn't give much information but promised more details will be shared on the transition for Yoodo customers to possibly the CelcomDigi network by 17 June 2024. So for now, Yoodo customers can continue using and paying the platform as usual until the aforementioned shut-off date.
