Earlier this week, OnePlus confirmed that the OnePlus 15 would soon launch globally. The announcement showcased a new Sand Storm colour, while revealing the back of the fairly slim smartphone. Now, we also know that the phone's global launch is in November 2025.

According to 91Mobiles, the OnePlus 15 launches globally on 13 November 2025. This is just weeks after the initial launch in China, which is expected to happen later this month. It could also mean that the OnePlus 15 becomes the first Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5-powered phone to hit the global market.

Besides Qualcomm's latest flagship chipset, the OnePlus 15 will feature a 165Hz refresh rate display. This is another first for a non-gaming smartphone, which typically has a max refresh rate of 120Hz. But since gaming phones are no longer being produced, it was inevitable that some flagship devices would start getting gaming-centric features.
The OnePlus 15 is also expected to have a telephoto camera with 3.7x optical zoom, a 7800mAh battery, and an upgrade to 120W fast charging. Speaking of cameras, it was reported that OnePlus will use its own "DetailMax" image engine, as the company has ended its partnership with Hasselblad.
