Features and technologies improve each year, that's not surprising for the fast-moving electronics industry. When it comes to charging, it's still faster to charge your phones with a wire. But OnePlus is pushing wireless charging, and the OnePlus 9 series could come with significantly better wireless charging.
Specifically, the OnePlus 9 Pro is expected to support wireless charging of up to 45W. According to Max Jambor, both the OnePlus 9 series devices will have wireless charging, but the OnePlus 9's wireless charging speed is unknown. However, it should at least have the same specs as the OnePlus 8 Pro, which is 30W wireless charging.
Besides the wireless charging specs, it has been rumoured that the OnePlus 9 series will support reverse charging. We also know that the two phones will definitely be using the Snapdragon 888 chipset, and could come with Leica-designed camera sensors at the back. In particular, the OnePlus 9 Pro could come with a rear quad-camera setup.
