Foldable devices are the one product category that many companies are looking into. OnePlus is one of them, with a rumour of it releasing a rebranded OPPO Find N back in April. We can't confirm if that's the case, but the company's CEO recently hinted at an upcoming foldable phone.

This Friday, OnePlus CEO Pete Lau took to Twitter to reveal what seems to be the hinge of a foldable device. From what we can tell, it's likely a hinge for a device with a horizontal fold. As mentioned previously, some believe that the foldable device from OnePlus could be a rebranded OPPO Find N. But it could also be a new model, as it's rumoured that OPPO will reveal two new foldable devices soon.

If that's the case, the OnePlus foldable phone could come with features and tech specs that are more recent. For instance, we can expect the device to pack the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset. It could also have the popular 50MP Sony IMX766 image sensor for its rear camera, plus an LTPO 2.0 AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate.

Since the OnePlus CEO has started posting about what's likely a new foldable phone, we can expect to hear more from him soon. Let us know if you're excited about this, and stay tuned to TechNave for more updates about it.
