Today, we got ourselves a nice invitation card from OnePlus Nord Malaysia and yes, note that we said OnePlus Nord Malaysia and not OnePlus themselves. Anyway, the invitation card is none other than the OnePlus Nord smartphone launch which will be on 21 July 2020 and we thought that you can check out what to expect from the livestream.
At first glance, the invitation card looks pretty normal but that is until you pull the trigger at the bottom. After pulling it down, the card extends itself with a short greeting on top and it's telling us to "sit back, relax, and let us present our new phone right in the comfort of your living room". Then at the bottom, you can see a rather high-quality cardboard with a QR code there for the augmented reality live stream.

For those who want to catch the AR livestream, you may download the OnePlus Nord app which is available on the Apple App and Google Play Store right now. We are told that to experience the best AR livestream possible, you would need a spacious area (like a living room) so that you can move around. Moreover, you can even create your own avatar for it!
The OnePlus Nord Malaysia team sure put up a lot of effort for this upcoming AR livestream and it will be one of a kind event in Malaysia. By the way, they also have their own online store on Shopee so that means fans and customers will no longer need to go through a third-party distributor any more, as well as having direct contact with them for their services. Be sure to check the page out once they launch it on 21 July 2020!
