OnePlus has been moving up to the flagships throughout the years, and finally, it has made its way back to the mid-range category with the OnePlus Nord 5G recently. Now, the company doesn’t just stop with one Nord but also working on not one but two more budget smartphones, which one of them got certified recently by TUV Rheinland.

Based on the rumors, the certified OnePlus budget smartphone will only be supporting a maximum of 18W fast charging. Unlike the OnePlus Nord, we get the Warp Charge 30T. As for the chipset, the company might be looking into the new Snapdragon 690 5G, which is the first 5G chipset under Snapdragon 6-series. Other than the certified smartphone, both budget smartphones that will be coming in will also support 5G like the OnePlus Nord 5G.

TUV Rheinland Certification

In fact, these two budget smartphones will be parked under the Nord series as OnePlus CEO has already confirmed to continue the Nord as the budget series of OnePlus smartphones. Last month, there’s another mysterious OnePlus smartphone listed on Geekbench with the model number of BE2028 scoring 609 on single core and 1728 on multicore tests featuring the Snapdragon 690 that runs on Android 10.

Either way, there is no official confirmation on the tech specs and releasing dates yet, so do take this with a pinch of salt. But will you be excited for the two new OnePlus Nord series? Let us know at our Facebook page and stay tuned for more news updates on TechNave.com!
