So OnePlus just released a documentary trailer on their YouTube channel a few hours ago, it's not the first time that they've done it but the title "New Beginnings" caught our attention. This is the new hashtag they are using to promote their newest affordable smartphone series.
At this point, we have no idea whether if the new OnePlus phone will be called OnePlus Lite, Lite Z or Nord (we are betting on Nord). But what we do know, is that the phone may be unveiled on 30 June 2020 according to the trailer. It's also worth noting that the upcoming documentary will be a four-part series, showcasing us how the new OnePlus phone idea came to be.
With this in mind, that means we aren't that far away from witnessing the new OnePlus phone. We are also speculating that OnePlus might actually reveal the phone tech specs and features bit by bit throughout the four-part series instead of a livestream reveal (God knows). On top of that, the company spokesperson even told TechRadar that "You may have even read the rumored stories around a new device. Well, it's finally time to start revealing what we have in store."
