Remember the Oppo F3 that was launched in May? Probably not, because it never officially came to Malaysia but just in case, introducing the Oppo F5, an apparent selfie-centric phone according to posters found in a mall in the Philippines, courtesy of noypigeeks.com.
The posters show two different Filipino stars, Alden Richards and Sarah Geronimo posing with the black and red versions of the Oppo F5. It can also be seen from the posters that the Oppo F5 will have a singular main camera with a cool looking oval-shaped fingerprint scanner on the back.
Not much else can be seen from the images themselves, but the slogans “Capture the real you” and “Selfie Expert” gives a big indication that the device may have a dual front camera setup for that perfect vanity shot.
Rumoured specs for the F5 are a 6-inch FHD+ 2880x1440 display with an 18:9 screen ratio. There are also rumours going around that the F5 will be Oppo’s first fullview device but let us wait for an official confirmation shall we.
Fair warning to us Malaysians; since the Oppo F3 was not launched at all in Malaysia, I wouldn’t recommend sitting on the porch to wait for this phone’s Malaysian release but it wouldn’t hurt to hope and pray.
