Due to the pandemic, most government services are offered online so that everyone can avoid going out to stay safe. For instance, it was announced earlier that the driver's license renewal can be done on MyEG again after the service was discontinued in 2018. Now, the National Higher Education Fund Corporation (PTPTN) has also introduced a Live Chat service for the public to inquire, check and complain on matters.

The Live Chat service can be accessed directly through a Live Chat icon on the PTPTN official portal. By using it, the public can retrieve information regarding the education loan, loan repayment, and the National Education Saving Scheme (SSPN). Before starting the live chat, the user will have to provide certain personal details like name, identity card number, mobile phone number, email, and query category.

Besides the Live Chat service, there's also the e-Complaint channel that will assist with the public's complaints related to issues under the supervision of PTPTN. Furthermore, PTPTN also advised customers to use the online transaction method for loan repayment, SSPN account opening or to make a deposit, as well as for PTPTN loan.
