Perodua C2 concept EV revealed at KLIMS 2026 in Malaysia, to be next gen EV design language?

Perodua recently revealed their C2 or Chapter 2 prototype concept EV for the B2 segment at KLIMS 2026 (Kuala Lumpur International Mobility Show). It showcases their design language for their next generation of EVs or electric vehicles. Perodua previously released the QV-E EV in Malaysia with its battery leasing plan to a rather lackluster reception.

What exactly were they thinking?

According to Perodua, the new C2 will incorporate AI with real-time navigation. The EV also has a more circular or organic look compared to the rather angular QV-E and we do like the new P2 logo on the front. The insides look quite futuristic with rather angular chairs and built-in displays. Perodua also said that the C2 was revealed to get public feedback about it.

We have to say that we don’t think the bumpers or side skirting (which go all the way down to the ground) would do well with Malaysia's road bumps, but what do you think? Check out the pics yourself and share your comments below. Hopefully Perodua’s C2 or Chapter 2 for EVs will be better than before and we’ll see more affordable EVs on Malaysia’s roads soon.
