Back in April, Redmi launched the fancy K40 Gaming Edition. It was soon rumoured that the phone would be rebranded to Poco F3 GT outside of China. Subsequently, Poco registered the device on India's BIS, so it's clear that the device is coming soon.

In fact, the launch date for the Poco F3 GT was revealed on Flipkart. The landing page for the shopping portal confirmed that the phone will launch on 23 July 2021 in India. As you can see from the visuals, the phone is definitely a rebranded version of the Redmi K40 Gaming Edition. Poco India has also hinted that the phone will retail for around 30000 INR (~RM1687).

With that being the case, the specs should be mostly identical. It's already confirmed that the phone will have the Dimensity 1200 chipset. On top of that, it will come with a 64MP main camera, 5065mAh battery, 120Hz refresh rate display, and more. Moreover, it should also have up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage, though the available configurations have not been confirmed.

While there's no global announcement yet, we can probably expect the phone to be available in other regions after its launch in India. Having said that, would you be interested in getting this phone when it's available? Let us know in the comments, and stay tuned to TechNave for more news like this.
