Huawei has previously announced that it was launching a few new devices in Malaysia on Valentines Day. The Huawei Nova 7i was among the ones mentioned but it wasn't till today that the price was revealed. Now, we have confirmation that the Nova 7i will be retailing in Malaysia for RM1099.
The Nova 7i is a mid-range smartphone powered by the Kirin 810F chipset and 8GB of RAM. It also comes with a 128GB internal storage, 6.4-inch FHD display, and 4200mAh battery. If that large battery ever gets low, the 40W fast-charger should get it back up quickly.
This phone focuses on camera features and its speciality is its selfie video camera, which has a special function called MeeTime that allows you to record selfie videos with excellent low-light performance. It also features a quad-camera (48MP+8MP+2MP+2MP) setup at the back and a side-mounted fingerprint sensor.
Huawei also announced that if you pre-order the Nova 7i from 14 to 21 February 2020, you'll also get a free Huawei Band 4 worth RM139 so that's something to consider.
