Aside from unveiling the ROG Phone 6 series last night, ASUS also showcased the latest headsets from the livestream. If you're looking to get yourself some wireless gaming headphones, you ought to check out the ROG Cetra and the ROG Delta S Wireless gaming headphones series. In this article, we will be checking out the ROG Cetra series.

Starting with the ROG Cetra, there are two variants of it which are the Cetra True Wireless Pro and Cetra True Wireless but what's the difference? Well, the Cetra True Wireless Pro features dual-mode connectivity via Bluetooth and wired USB-C which makes it the world’s first wired/wireless dual-mode true wireless headphones. It also has IPX4 splash-proof water resistance.

Moreover, it also features an ESS Quad DAC, AI Noise-Canceling Microphone and Qualcomm Snapdragon Sound technology for the best sound performance. According to ASUS, the pro variant offers 24-bit, 96kHz music streams as well as Gaming Mode with 45ms latency. Do take note that the 45ms latency is only on the ROG Phone 6 series.

You can also find multiple Active Noise Cancelation (ANC) modes and if you connect it with the bundled USB-C cable, it features a HiFi grade ESS 9280 DACTM which is basically lossless audio. On the other hand, the Cetra True Wireless is more or less the same but with a Hybrid ANC technology.
