As expected, ASUS Republic of Gamers (ROG) is going to unveil a new ROG Phone this year. Simply dubbed the ROG Phone 7, the new gaming-centric phone will be launching on 13 April 2023.
According to the official teaser, there will be a livestream event across the globe. In New York, the livestream will start at 8 AM, followed by Berlin at 2 PM. Last but not least, Taipei will start at 8 PM which is also the same time as Malaysia. Other than that, nothing much else was said except the link for the livestream.
In terms of tech specs and features, we expect the ROG Phone 7 to use the latest Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset and roughly the same cool gamer aesthetic designs as the ROG Phone 6 series. Of course, there should be some RGB lighting on the ROG logo and mobile gaming peripherals for the phone.
