The ROG Phone 7 series will be unveiled soon but just before that happens, a source claims to have the first official marketing images. What you're seeing now are the new ROG Phone 7 and ROG Phone 7 Ultimate.

In terms of tech specs, we are already expecting the ROG Phone 7 series to feature the latest Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset. On top of that, the source also said that both models should have a 6.8-inch AMOLED display with a 165Hz refresh rate, a total of 6000mAh juice as well as a 50MP (main) + 13MP (ultrawide) + 5MP (macro) triple rear camera.

Like the predecessors, the main difference between the ROG Phone 7 and ROG Phone 7 Ultimate would likely be the memory configuration. However, the ROG Phone 7 Ultimate could feature an AeroActive Portal which is a small flap on the rear that provides an additional pluggable fan module. It's also said that the ultimate variant may have a secondary rear display.

Everything will be unveiled soon tonight as ROG will show a livestream announcement globally. In New York, the livestream will start at 8 AM, followed by Berlin at 2 PM. Last but not least, Taipei will start at 8 PM which is also the same time as Malaysia. Stay tuned for our news coverage later only at TechNave.com.
