Yesterday, we reported on the release of the Red Magic 9 Pro series in China, the ZTE and nubia subsidiary’s latest flagship smartphone. Offering some incredible specs, we don’t have to wait long for the lineup to make its debut globally, as the company today announced its upcoming launch in the global market.
Taking to its official X account, Red Magic shared a poster with the 9 Pro’s release date globally, which is at 7am EST on 18 December. The company also shared a glimpse of the device’s rear in the poster, which is rather pointless as we’ve already seen the device in full during the launch in China.
The post also shared a link which redirects to a page that’s not accessible as of the time of writing, at least from Malaysia. Speaking of which, while the company has confirmed the global release being on 18 December, it’s unknown whether it’ll be released in Malaysia on that day. Besides that, it’s also interesting that Red Magic only mentioned the 9 Pro and not the 9 Pro Plus.
