Redmi 7 launched with Snapdragon 632 and 4000mAh battery starting at ~RM424

We’ve been anticipating the Redmi 7 and after several teases from the company’s CEO, the phone is finally launched. The device is currently the most affordable option in the Redmi family and features the Snapdragon 632 chipset and a decent 4000mAh battery.

You’ll find 3 different variants of the device with different tech specs: 2GB RAM + 16GB internal storage priced at CNY699 (~RM424), 3GB RAM + 32GB internal storage at CNY799 (~RM485) and 4GB RAM + 64GB internal storage priced at CNY999 (~RM606). In addition, the device now comes with 18 months warranty instead of the standard 12.

Dual SIM support with expandable memory up to 512GB

It comes features a 6.26 inch LCD screen with HD+ resolution, a dual rear camera setup with 12MP + 2MP sensors and the selfie camera is housed in a waterdrop notch with 8MP. The devices come with 10W standard charging and dual SIM card support with support for SDscards up to 512GB. We can expect to see the devices on the market shelves come 26th March.
