Rumours: An alleged Samsung Galaxy Note 8 front panel revealed

So, some Chinese leakster recorded a short footage of what seems to be a Samsung Galaxy Note 8 display panel. He was also the same person who told the world that the Galaxy C10 will be the first to have the dual camera setup behind. How legit is this? Well, let’s just take it with a pinch of salt for now and check out the video.

As you already know, the Infinity Display on the Galaxy S8 and S8+ are housing a QHD display with 2960 x 1440 resolution and an aspect ratio of 18:5:9 which makes it rectangular-ish. This also makes the front display covering the front in over 80%, and the Note 8 should probably follow suit, or even more with a rumoured 6.3-inch dual curved display.

A quick look at the video shows us that the panel has a hole for the front camera, but not for the iris scanner. This doesn’t mean that it won’t have it, though, because rumours have it that the feature will be on the top bezel. Moreover, the fingerprint scanner could be relocated to the front now under the glass. But remains to be seen.

Will the Note 8 gain back the public’s confidence after of what happened to the predecessor? We think it should be fine now since the S8 and S8+ are doing well. But what do you think? Let us know in the comments below and stay tuned for more Samsung news at TechNave.com.
