After the DTEK50 and the DTEK60, we may see yet another smartphone from Blackberry, thanks to their build partner TCL. This phone, the DTEK70, may be the model that will bring back the QWERTY keyboard to the hands of the fans.

The DTEK70 looks to be a formidable phone, with a rumoured specs list featuring 2GHz octa-core Snapdragon processor with 3GB of RAM, a 4.5-inch full HD display, an 18-megapixel rear camera paired to an 8-megapixel front camera and a 3,400mAh battery. Android Nougat is expected to be on the phone, which has carried the codename Mercury. A new feature that may put this phone different than others is the inclusion of a fingerprint scanner on the spacebar – where other smartphones have their home button traditionally.
