We saw the Huawei Mate 8 launch late last year, and we even have reviewed it on TechNave – the review you can read all about right here. Now we are expecting the next iteration from Huawei to the successful Mate 8, and what do you know – someone has posted the alleged benchmark of the upcoming Huawei Mate 9 online.
According to the AnTuTu entry, the Huawei Mate 9 will feature a 5.9-inch display with a 1080 x 1920 resolution. An octa-core 2.6GHz CPU sits under the hood, along with the Mali-T880 GPU. 3GB of RAM along with 64GB of native storage is installed in the phone. On back is an 11MP camera, and a 7MP camera is found in front. Android 7.0 is pre-installed so that is good news.
We are not sure if this is the real deal, seeing that the standard Huawei Mate 8 came with 4GB of RAM – is this entry a lower specced Mate 9? Stay tuned to TechNave to find out more soon.
