We have covered on the patent that Samsung may be using to incorporate the iris scanner into the Samsung Galaxy Note 7. Now we have a sneak peek photo of the front of the upcoming phablet, and it somewhat confirms the presence of an iris scanner as a security device for the smartphone.
The guys at Android Authority and @onleaks shared a photo of the front panel, and it clearly shows the presence of additional cut-outs on the phone for extra sensors, suggesting that the cut-out location may just be the location of the new scanner.
Also, the home button is significantly larger than the current Galaxy Note 5, so this may suggest a better fingerprint scanner, but not the round design as touted previously. Stay tuned to TechNave for more information of the upcoming Samsung Galaxy Note 7.
