Take these photos with a grain of salt, but the following images are said to be the upcoming HTC U series smartphone – with the larger device sporting the moniker Ultra while the smaller one Play. These two devices are said to be the headliner of the HTC event launch this 12th of January.
The specs of the two devices are said to be quite extensive. According to the report, HTC U Ultra will carry a large Gorilla Glass protected 6-inch display, with a 1440 x 2560 resolution, the new Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 processor, 4GB of RAM, 64GB internal storage, a dual-camera setup (24/13 megapixel combo) at the back, a 16-megapixel camera on the front and apparently a second screen. All of these powered by a 4000 mAh battery
For the second phone, it is said to have a 5.2-inch screen with a 1080 x 1920 pixels resolution, the MediaTek Helio P10 SoC, 3GB of RAM, 32GB of internal storage, 16-megapixels for both front and rear, and a 2500 mAh battery.
