This new device may come with a Snapdragon 652 chipset, 6-inch full HD display, 3GB of RAM, 32GB internal storage, and 4280mAh battery. The camera is said to include a 23MP rear unit camera and 16MP front shooter camera. The Xperia M Ultra might also come with higher-end tech specs or features like a USB Type-C port and a fingerprint sensor.
Apart from that, there is another rumour saying that Sony might launch the next generation of last years' Xperia C5 Ultra, and will call it the Xperia C6 Ultra this time.
