Samsung Galaxy A16 Series will reportedly feature 90Hz AMOLED, 50MP main cam and IP54 rating

The Samsung Galaxy A16 Series has been in the rumour mills for a while and now, further details about the device have popped up online. Comprising the Galaxy A16 4G and Galaxy A16 5G, read on to learn more. 

According to the good folks at Sam Insider, a European retailer had listed both devices online along with their specs almost fully. Both devices will sport a 6.7-inch 90Hz SUPER AMOLED with 800 nits peak brightness, 50MP main + 5MP ultra-wide + 2MP macro rear triple cameras and a 13MP selfie shooter.

Other shared specs include a 5000mAh battery which supports 25W charging via the USB-C port, 128GB storage, a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, an IP54 rating and 4GB RAM. 

The Galaxy A16 5G will be powered by the Exynos 1330 SoC, while the 4G version sports an unnamed octa-core processor. Of course, do take this with a grain of salt as nothing is confirmed yet.
