In the lead up to the next Samsung Unpacked, various rumours of Samsung's upcoming devices have been leaked. One of them is the Galaxy Buds 2, which we've seen renders of recently. Now, sources have revealed a key feature for this model too.

According to Ice Universe, the Samsung Galaxy Buds 2 could come with Active Noise Cancellation (ANC). Originally, this model wasn't expected to come with ANC. However, a leaked screenshot for the device on the Galaxy Wearable app shows that it supports both ANC and Ambient Sound. For reference, both the Galaxy Buds Pro and Galaxy Buds Live have ANC.

Besides ANC, he also claimed that the new model will allegedly also deliver better bass than the original Galaxy Buds. If that's true, then the Galaxy Buds 2 is likely a direct upgrade over the original, but provide features on par with the Galaxy Buds Pro. As such, it could also command the same price sub-RM800 price tag.

Ice Universe is a pretty reliable source, so we're inclined to believe that the details above are true. Nevertheless, it hasn't been officially confirmed, so take it with a grain of salt. Let us know if you'd be keen on buying this model when it launches, and stay tuned to TechNave for more updates on this.
