It’s is no secret that the upcoming Samsung Galaxy Note 8 will not be on the cheap side, but the boys at Android Authority have leaked that the Note 8 price might be even higher than we ever thought.

They have reported that the Note 8 will be available in three different storage options with prices listed below:

  • 6GB RAM/ 64GB Memory – 6288 CNY (RM4000)
  • 6GB RAM/ 128GB Memory – 7088 CNY (RM4500)
  • 6GB RAM/ 256GB Memory – 7988 CNY (RM5100)

There you have it; the report suggested that the coveted Note 8 may break the 5K barrier from the 256GB memory option. Those prices are in no way a walk in the park but our previous brochure leak may suggest that the device could be worth it.

Do strictly keep in mind though that these are non-official rumours and should be taken with a pinch of salt. This is no way a real representation of what the real price could be, so make sure to check out the official launch in a couple of days on 23 August 2017 for more of the official (or even Malaysian) stuff.

On another note, those that are keen to pre-order this super flagship device have some good news to look to. Popular leakster Evan Blass (@evleaks) has suggested that the Note 8 will come with some awesome goodies.

Evan reports that pre-order customers may receive one of two packages:

  1. 256GB microSD card + wireless charger
  2. Samsung Gear 360 Camera

Note that these gifts are rumoured to be for the US region only and it’s still totally unknown on what Samsung Malaysia could give away if they are giving away at all. This is just a sneak peek preview on the possible gifts that we may see on this side of the Earth.
