In the last month or so, we've seen some leaks about the Samsung Galaxy Watch7 series. If things remain unchanged, we can expect two smartwatches there. But there's also a Galaxy Watch FE set to launch in July 2024.
First rumoured in April, the Galaxy Watch FE is expected to be a more affordable Samsung smartwatch for 2024. According to MySmartPrice, the Galaxy smartwatch (model number SM-R861) was spotted on the Samsung UK and Samsung North America support pages. This model number matches the Samsung Galaxy Watch FE certified by the UAE's TDRA. As you may know, official certification often means the product is ready to launch soon.
Currently, there is no info on the specs, features, or design of the Galaxy Watch FE. However, an FCC listing confirmed support for 5W wireless charging. A separate source claimed the Galaxy Watch FE would be available globally, so it could also launch in Malaysia. But we can't say for sure until we get a confirmation from Samsung Malaysia.
