As we enter a brand new month, Samsung Malaysia Electronics has recently updated their mySamsung app to further help their customers to manage their devices, providing easy and direct access to customer service representatives, as well as enjoy Samsung ownership privileges.
Officially launched in Malaysia earlier in June this year, mySamsung often offers exclusive privileges from fresh treats to rewarding cashbacks from various brands and retail merchants. In addition, the app also advises tips and tricks to help users to make the most out of all their device features, plus optional alerts and recommendations for users to optimise their device usage such as extending battery life to saving device memory.
Customer support from Samsung’s experts is also available, where users can make use of the Live Chat or direct call via the application.
