Just a couple of hours ago, Samsung has officially announced its next Unpacked event on 23 August 2017 to be held in New York City. As mentioned in one of our previous news, we can't help but to think that the device is going to be the Galaxy Note 8. I mean, what else could it be?

The teaser image doesn't say it will be the phablet, but it's quite obvious because of the Samsung S Pen blue silhouette and the tagline "Do bigger things" which the Note series is known for - having big displays.

To recap all the speculated tech specs, the Galaxy Note 8 will feature either a Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 chipset or Exynos 8895, 6GB of RAM, possibly a dual 12MP camera sensor setup behind, a 6.3-inch Super AMOLED display with 18.5:9 aspect ratio, 3300 mAh battery, and of course a S Pen.

The fingerprint scanner will also be located at the back, it's still not in the middle (if this is true) but this time it will be placed beside the LED flash, which means the LED flash will be in the middle between the dual cameras and the fingerprint scanner.

That's one more month to go, are you excited about the Unpacked event? Stay tuned as we will be definitely be covering that online at TechNave.com.
