Smartphones, tablets, and foldable devices are exciting stuff, but they're Samsung's only products. The company's latest QLED TVs became available last month and now the audio side of things is going to get some new additions. Yesterday, Samsung announced that it will be launching two new premium soundbars in Malaysia.

With this launch of the HW-Q950T and HW-Q900T, Samsung has now released five Q-series models for 2020. First, let's take a look at the HW-950T, which aims to deliver 9.1.4-channel audio in a single setup. Interestingly enough, it comes with two rear speakers that are connected wirelessly and output audio towards the front and top. The HW-900T sports a similar design to the HW-950, but lacks the two extra speakers. As for price, the HW-950T and HW-900T cost RM6499 and RM4999 respectively.

In terms of features, both models support the Dolby Atmos and DTS:X surround sound formats. It also has HDMI eARC connectivity, Q-symphony with compatible Samsung TVs, and support for Samsung Bixby voice assistant. They'll also feature the SmartThings app, which you can use with the voice assistant to voice-control music streaming platforms like Spotify.

Samsung Malaysia is also running a promo campaign that includes its line-up for soundbars, so do check that out if you're interested. Having said that, are these soundbars you'd be interested in? Let us know on our Facebook page and stay tuned to TechNave.com for more news like this.
