Samsung is reportedly stepping up its game in terms of mobile processors, with the upcoming Samsung Exynos 2400 SoC looking like a world-beater based on the leaks around it. In fact, it may even outperform the iPhone 15 Pro Max’s Apple A17 Pro SoC.

As claimed by reliable tipster Revegnus on X, the Exynos 2400 SoC is co-designed with AMD, which is part of the two companies’ well-known collaboration. Specifically, the GPU of the SoC will benefit from AMD’s expertise and according to Revegnus, it will surpass the GPU performance of the Apple A17 Pro.

Moreover, the tipster also claimed that the SoC is built on Samsung’s enhanced 4nm process. This means increased yields and improved performance due to accumulated process expertise.

Besides that, the Exynos 2400 will also allegedly be the first application of FOWLP which reduces chip thickness and improves heat dissipation. Of course, do take this with a grain of salt as nothing is confirmed yet.
