Previously, we reported on the cheekily named Scammers On Hold AI (SOHAI) chatbot created by Malaysian entrepreneur and Replyr.ai founder Dylan Tan, an AI chatbot that targets scammers and infinitely wastes their time on WhatsApp. Well, it looks like scammers have struck back against SOHAI, as its account has been banned by WhatsApp. 

Shared by Replyr.ai on its official Instagram account, SOHAI has been blocked on WhatsApp. A quick check on the phone number here on WhatsApp revealed that the profile has been greyed out, and no messages go through, which are tell-tale signs of an account being banned by WhatsApp. 

Replyr.ai then alluded to SOHAI’s number being banned on WhatsApp due to unhappy scammers mass-reporting it. Nevertheless, Replyr.ai revealed that it will set a new number on WhatsApp for SOHAI.
