Besides the PlayStation Portal, Sony Interactive Entertainment also unveiled a new Pulse Elite wireless headset and a pair of Pulse Explore wireless earbuds. They look pretty fancy and according to Sony, these latest audio products will bring the next level of audio performance using its new PlayStation Link wireless technology.

Starting with Pulse Elite, it offers lossless audio and comes with a hidden retractable boom mic. Its AI-enhanced noise rejection is capable of filtering background sounds and comes with a charging hanger as a convenient way to charge and store after playing. Meanwhile, the Pulse Explore is also similar, providing a premium portable lossless audio experience with dual microphones and AI-enhanced noise rejection.

According to Sony, both the Pulse Elite and Pulse Explore will be the first PlayStation audio devices to use custom-designed planar magnetic drivers for an audiophile-level listening experience. They can also connect directly with the PlayStation Portal via PlayStation Link, which delivers low latency, lossless audio and easy switching between multiple PlayStation Link hosts (PS5, PC, Mac, or PlayStation Portal) and a Bluetooth-supported device) with the USB adapter (sold separately).
