The 2022 Samsung foldables might not look any different

Samsung is expected to launch two foldable smartphones later this year, and they are the Galaxy Z Fold4 and Galaxy Z Flip4. Before that happens, the latest information has arrived by telling us that both devices will not bring significant design changes.

Reputable Ice Universe said that there's no point for Samsung to bring major changes to its foldables. According to him, the Korean tech giant is looking for ways to keep the costs to a minimum. Besides that, the company already has a huge advantage in the segment, so it's not necessary to do anything 'avant-garde' at this point. However, the internals will, of course, get some upgrades, and they include the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1+ SoC and an improved UTG glass.

Not only that, but the tipster has also claimed that the rollable phone that is said to come out this year will not be happening. Instead, Samsung will only be launching foldable phones this year, and the rollable one will only get introduced next year.
