In an unexpected move, both Maxis and CelcomDigi have dropped the news that for the first time ever, the Google Pixel 9 Pro will officially arrive in Malaysia on 14 August 2024. It's the same day (but 13 August in the US) for the upcoming Made by Google event.
Not much information is known at the moment. But as always, we are expecting some Maxis and CelcomDigi postpaid plans bundled together with the Google Pixel 9 Pro. We also just checked if U Mobile has any teaser announcement about it but it's safe to say that the orange telco is not involved (for now).

Earlier today, Google Malaysia released a Pixel 9 Pro video teaser which is already a big hint but we didn't expect to see the news from Maxis and CelcomDigi.
