A successful opening for the Huawei Nova 2i
Huawei Malaysia's reputation has been growing steadily thanks to the huge support from the Malaysian consumers, in a move to return the favour of the awesome support from consumers, the company has launched the affordable and feature-filled Nova 2i with resounding attention and redoubled support from consumers on 13 October 2017.

It wasn't a surprise that the budget-friendly RM1299 smartphone was quickly sold out. According to the company, they have sold so many units that they have to make urgent requests for new stocks. Vmall.my, Huawei Malaysia's one-stop online store, reportedly experienced similar heavy online traffic. The first and second batches of the all new Nova series were sold out within the first few hours of listing.
While the consumers did have to wait until 2PM for the official sale, they were later greeted by a live performance by Hannah Delisha, the new ambassador for the Nova series at Pavilion. Ten lucky customers also got to have a selfie opportunity with the local artist and went home with a printed photo. What's more, the first 100 customers and fans were given an exclusive gift box (worth RM898) too that consist of a Huawei Band SS, a selfie stick, a headphone and a ring holder.
