Recently, Nothing tweeted its upcoming products on 18 April 2024. Instead of naming it the Nothing ear (3), we are not only getting one but two wearables which will be promptly called the Nothing Ear and Nothing Ear (a).
According to the tweet, Nothing is excited to unveil the "ultimate iteration of Nothing Audio". The tweet also explained the naming scheme, as the brand has decided to "strip back the numbers to center the focus around the product and the unique experience it delivers for each user".

A short brief of history, Nothing first launched an audio product when it made its debut back in 2021. In the audio lineup, Nothing has released the Nothing ear (1), Nothing ear (Stick) and our favourite - the Nothing Ear (2). You can check out our review about it right over here.
If we have to guess, the Nothing Ear (a) is likely to be the premium variant while the other could be a mid-range type. We only have 10 days left until Nothing announces the brand-new Nothing Ear and Nothing Ear (a). Until then, stay tuned for the official news by Nothing.
