Watch out gamers, as a new gaming phone has come to town with impressive tech specs and features that every mobile gamer wants. The Nubia Red Magic Mars’ price starts at an affordable CNY 2700 (~RM1630) for the 6GB RAM and 64GB model, CNY 3200 (~RM1932) for the 8GB RAM and 128 GB storage model and finally, CNY 4000 (~RM2415) for the 10GB and 256GB internal storage model.
Forget a cooler, this smartphone utilizes ICE, which is a dual heat pipe and convection cooling to keep the device cool. The main display is a 6 inch IPS display with a resolution of 1080 x 2160. On the shoulders of the phone, two touch sensitive areas act as shoulder buttons like a proper controller. To make games more immersive, the phone is equipped with a linear motor to create the “4D shock” haptic feedback. In addition, the speakers have DTS 7.1 audio for surround sound, perfect for locating enemies around you without having to rely on the screen.

The device carries a 3800mAh battery, which is pretty good for long gaming sessions. 3 designs are available for the smartphone, Meteorite Black, Flame Red and a special Camo version for the top spec model. Each device is decorated with the phone’s trademart RGB LED strip as well as decals. To enhance your gaming experience, the smartphone comes with an array of peripherals that are sold separately such as Bluetooth gaming controllers, a box that combines USB-C charging charging and a 3.5mm headphone jack with a high quality DAC inside (God bless!), and a headset with a microphone.

Camera-wise, the Mars sports a 16MP rear camera with f/1.8 lens, which is surprising as the Nubia Red Magic has a 24MP f/1.7 lens and as for the selfie camera, it comes with a 8MP camera.
