Today, a new POCO F4 GT has been announced and will be released on 26 April 2022. So what's up with this phone? Well, if you are curious and want to know then read on below to check it out.

According to sources, an alleged Geekbench score has spelt out the highlighted tech specs of the POCO F4 GT. It is said that the phone could be using a Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset and 12GB of RAM, resulting in 1243 and 3726 points for its single-core and multi-core tests respectively. Moreover, the POCO F4 GT could be a rebadged Redmi K50 Gaming Pro device.

Should that be true, then the POCO F4 GT could also feature a 6.67-inch OLED display supporting up to a 120Hz refresh rate and 480Hz touch sampling rate. On top of that, it may have a Corning Gorilla Victus Glass material as well as a 10bit colour gamut. On the back, the phone could have a 64MP (main) + 8MP (ultrawide) + 2MP (macro) triple rear camera, whereas the front camera is 20MP.

The battery pack could be a 4700mAh dual-cell type with a 120W fast charging technology. Like the gaming variant, it should have a cooling system, pop-up physical buttons, a JBL quad-speaker system, gaming mics and NFC. Finally, it should run on MIUI 13 based on Android 12 out of the box.

On paper, the POCO F4 GT looks very promising and we will just have to wait for the livestream. It will be broadcasted on YouTube, Xiaomi and POCO's Facebook page, and Twitter starting at 8 PM. Stay tuned for more trending tech news at TechNave.com.
