As we approach the upcoming Galaxy Unpacked event next week, here is some news about the new Samsung Galaxy Watch 5. There are some new leaks from WinFuture with alleged official renders that are quite consistent with previous rumoured news.

According to sources, the Galaxy Watch 5 may have an improved battery life of up to 50 hours. That's impressively long thanks to the 284mAh battery inside the Galaxy 5 40mm model, whereas the 44mm model could have a 410mAh battery. That's not all, there could be a pro model too in 45mm featuring a 590mAh battery that could last up to 80 hours from a single charge.

Moreover, rumours also have it that the Galaxy Watch 5 could sport the same Samsung Exynos W920 chipset that was featured in the predecessor. Then for the display, the 40mm unit could have a 1.19-inch AMOLED display, while both the 44mm and Pro units could have a 1.36-inch AMOLED display. The displays on the wearables are supposedly covered in sapphire glass too.
