As the hype goes on for the introduction of the new A-series by OPPO Malaysia, apparently OPPO has a new smartphone tagged along with the coming OPPO A9 2020 which is the OPPO A5 2020 that is listed on their official site. While it offers a similar design to the OPPO A9 2020, tech specs and features including the same 6.5-inch 1600 X 720 resolution waterdrop sunlight screen display and a 3D ergonomic back.
It comes with the Snapdragon 665 chipset along with two variants of 3GB RAM and 64GB or 4GB RAM and 128GB of storage space with a 5000mAh battery capacity which supports reverse charging. There’s also a triple card slot dedicated for you to expand the storage as well.
OPPO A5 2020 rear camera setup
As for the camera setup on the OPPO A5 2020, it sports a 12MP main sensor, 8MP ultrawide angle camera, an additional 2MP sensors with a fingerprint scanner on the rear and an 8MP selfie camera.
There’s still no information on its availability and releasing date in Malaysia but perhaps it will be launching together with the OPPO A9 2020 on 18th September with Malaysian Actress and Singer Ayda Jebat introducing the phones on stage? Until then, stay tuned for more OPPO news at Technave.com.
