The Nothing Phone (1) has finally been unveiled online and it looks quite sleek. However, a YouTuber from Germany just took a trip to check out the phone physically and it's even cooler than we thought. Just as what you see on the cover image, the Nothing Phone (1) does have some lighting.
While we can't understand a thing that Rafael Zeier said in his video, sources say that the Nothing brand just held an unannounced event on the device in Switzerland. No one was allowed to touch the phone, as it was sealed inside a glass for the media to check it out. The lighting appears to be surrounding the dual rear camera, the bottom and the top right of the Nothing Phone (1), and possibly the circular design in the middle just as previously teased during the announcement by Carl Pei.
From the looks of it, the lighting seems to come off randomly. Sources also suggest that incoming notifications and calls should also light up the phone. A closer look also shows us the Nothing brand hanging out on the bottom left, whereas the middle logo somewhat mimics the Apple logo. The exterior of the logo also suggests wireless charging.
