Just when you thought the OPPO F9 will stay quiet in 2019, OPPO Malaysia has announced that there will be a new colour addition for the mid-range selfie smartphone this January 2019. Called as Jade Green, it is believed that this special edition will be available for Malaysia only (disclaimer: we think) just before Lunar New Year kicks off in February 2019.
From what we can see from the cover image that they sent, the back cover features a gradient light cyan to a lush green shade with rose gold (or pink) as the body frame, as well as for the camera bump and the outer ring of the fingerprint sensor. To be honest, it kinds of reminds me of the Apple iPhone model but I digress, this upcoming F9 model looks great and should be a fan favourite for those who like that colour.
Or...if you prefer other colours, the F9 is also available in Sunrise Red, Twilight Blue and Starry Purple and they also look as great. To recap, the selfie smartphone features a 16MP + 2MP dual rear camera and a 25MP front camera on the Waterdrop notch on top of the 6.3-inch FHD+ AMOLED display. The processor is carrying a Mediatek Helio P60 chipset, running on 6GB of RAM and 64GB of storage. Also, it has a VOOC Flash Charge technology. Sweet.
