After weeks of speculation, Redmi has finally revealed the launch date for its first smartphone of 2025, the Redmi Turbo 4. The Xiaomi subsidiary will be launching the device on 2 January 2025 at 2pm local time in China, so read on to learn more.

Hyping up the release, Redmi took to its Weibo page to reveal some of the device’s key specs. Of course, we already know that it’ll be the world’s first smartphone powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8400 SoC. 

Besides that, Redmi also revealed that the Turbo 4 will feature flat sides with a subtle curvature on the back, with one of the colours on offer being Lucky Cloud White. Camera-wise, it’ll feature a 50MP main camera paired with a secondary sensor, likely to be an 8MP ultra-wide.
