Wireless charging is undeniably convenient without the drama of looking for cables and stuff. However, when it comes to speed, it still can’t be compared to wired charging. Now, you may put that thought to a stop because Xiaomi might be going to change the way wireless charging is in the future (maybe tomorrow). It is said that the new Xiaomi Mi 10 is going to support 30W wireless charging, faster than some of the brands’ wired charging capabilities。
The 30W wireless charging technology from Xiaomi Mi 10 is actually faster than some of the flagship wired charging solutions from brands like LG and Apple. Currently, Apple’s fastest charger is still clocked at 18W with LG’s at 21W. Therefore, getting rid of cables and ports is not a dream anymore with Xiaomi achieving this technology. Other than that, the new poster also revealed that the device is going to support 50W wired charging and 10W reverse wireless charging.
The much-anticipated Xiaomi Mi 10 series is going to be launched on 13th February 2020 which is tomorrow. We can’t wait for the company to announce their new flagship after they have impressed us last year with the Mi Note 10 being crowned as the best smartphone camera.
